When items are handmade there can be times that minor imperfections are unavoidable.
Depending on orders, there may be a 3-7 day turn around time on shipping. For custom makes, after all customizing and creating is done the item will be shipped with in 7 days.
Not responsible for items with imperfections explained above.

Shipping Charges and Options:
We combine shipping on orders. At this time, we only ship in the US.
Most packages go out USPS Priority Mail includes tracking, insurance and delivery in domestic destination within 1-3 business days. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service per USPS.
Some will go out. STANDARD USPS is does have tracking but does not provide insurance.
In the event your package is damaged or lost Silver and Pearls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do what we can to help you through the claim process.

No exchange or refunds. Items that are missing or damaged in shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

To place an order , please go to Facebook to see party days and pre-purchase your items. This will reserve your spot on a LIVE Facebook broadcast, it is always best if you pre-order.
We try to accommodate all our customers the best we can. If you need any special requests, please message the business page on Facebook and while we can't guarantee it, we will do our best to fulfill them.

A Live Show is when Silver and Pearls broadcasts LIVE on our Facebook page and we offer pearls, accessories, incredible grab bags, games, jewelry, and a huge assortment of handmade, personalized items.
We also run a variety of contests and drawings for FREE products or discounts.
All contest, drawing and game winners must claim their prize by sending us a private Facebook message with the requested information within 24 hours of winning.
